A Grotta Do you believe the rumors slandering these oldest manuscripts we have dating 300s AD in exchange for 10 to 15th century AD ones the KJV bible is based on? How does that make sense? I can read them and the early church quotes match up better with them than the ones in the 2nd millennium.

Just nothing about the name Jesus. The original name of Jesus is Yeshua- which means Salvation in Hebrew language.

ירון ירחמיאל צ'רניאק The name Yeshua when it is imported into ancient Koine Greek, i.e. OT and NT language becomes Ιησους which was the name Moses renamed his successor, and so in English this becomes Jesus. Everywhere iota eta (Ιη) appears JE is placed... the σους (sous) is replaced with SUS in English. It is like Carlos in Spanish is Charles in English. Or Moshe in Israel is Moses to us English speakers.
