I believe the forbidden word is "can't" (which from a phonetic point of view sounds like *insert trivial word for female genitalia*. I believe that, since they are knights, they are supposed to use only chivalrous words, hence "can't" is forbidden (you can spot them using the long form "cannot" right afterwards, twice), but this is just my theory XD

However, the knights can be heard saying it around 00:04 ("It is a good shrubbery?"), so it "cannot" be "it" imo. But then, again, I might be wrong. Maybe it's just one of those things written specifically in such a way to drive the fandom crazy :)
