Also if Kosa is approved kids under 13 won’t be allowed to have social media, and kids over 13 will need parents permission. You’ll also have to do many age verification on websites. This bill is targeting to getting rid of or banning: Wattpad, A0 3, Character ai, TikTok, etc. They want to get rid of things where kids could access LGBTQ themes. This is breaking into kid’s privacy- and blocking self help apps that kids actually need and find comfort in. This could even make teen’s depression worse than they get from being on social media.

It’s for kids under 13? I thought it was under 16, if what your saying is true tho, then yay! I’m safe! But still I would feel really bad for everyone else :(
