I think Neatherralm should experiment with the IP, I know they probably not gonna go back to the roots as far as the tone goes, since they like hippy genZ type humor of current trend. But they can you know try to make different type of games in mortal kombat universe. maybe use the conquest mode idea as the basis and make an open world game. it's definitely gonna sold well. So idk why Neatherrealm is not trying something fresh
