I understand a number of.people felt that the CG based MV is like a step back from Fiesta's. But I think we should consider the Covid situation in Korea, too. I felt that going CG is a creative compromise taken by the production team. Building the planned sets involve lots of workers behind scenes. Perhaps the team wanted to work/film safely and still make the June comeback schedule.

the sudden MV delay was most likely because after the 1st teaser there were a fair amount of peeps pissed over "cultural appropriation" because Eunbi had a gem on her forehead and thus mass/spam-emailed the label to have it removed which it was so yeah - Just to note, this is also IZ*ONE's first comeback and album: >after the Flower Trilogy conclusion and "*IZ" album suffix series as we're now entering the "ONE-" prefix phase >that wasn't produced by Pledis CEO Han Sung Soo who wanted to "start focusing more on his own artists" then turned out to have scammed additional profits from IZ*ONE by putting his wife's name as a lyricist on various songs throughout all their first 3 KR albums >after their management change; they're under OFF THE RECORD Entertainment which is like a sub-label of Pledis, CJe&m, and Stone but now Swing Entertainment has replaced Pledis in that equation so surely some budget or directorial changes were made - and yeah the MV quality seems to be pretty polarizing this time around as a fair amount of WIZ*ONEs including myself were disappointed by it yet on the other hand a lot of new/nonfans seem to be loving it so gg LOL

I was very surprised listening to the song for the first time, because the bit in the teaser was a different song altogether (the intro lol). It's definitely an IZ*ONE song, but more... aggressive? With the horns... I'm glad that I listened to the song first before watching the MV though, because there was a lot to take in with all the CG, and the editing looks a bit rushed, which is understandable because they had to edit stuff out after receiving emails from fans regarding the teaser? (that's what I saw around twitter). It's fine though, I like this song, and I like the mini album too, especially Welcome (the intro, which was too short for my taste), Merry-Go-Round, and With*One (and yes, I ordered both versions lol this is who I am now). Also!!! I can't wait for that listening party~ I'm interested to see what you think of the mini album!

I think it was because they had a lot of changes after the trilogy ended like their management, mv producer and concept. They are now co-manage by swing ent. (same ent. with ioi, w1 & x1), the mv producer was the same from wjsn's secret rv's peekaboo and snsd's holiday and the change of concept after the flower trilogy also maybe they had no choice but to use more cgi because of the pandemic nevertheless i still love the mv they all look pretty and the fact that they grew a lot from this comeback and you can see it with their performances plus the album sales. IZ*ONE WORLD DOMINATION🤩

I think my favorite thing about this song is this beat 2:01 I love it so much for some reason. It's my favorite thing about the chorus. Like it sounds so cool, even just that part alone would be an awesome background music for something. My favorite part of the song is definitely the final extended chorus. I absolutely love it when they extend the last chorus especially with impactful or hard-hitting songs. I really loved how they actually made it seem like it was gonna end at 4:48 because of the silence but then 4:50 then we get slapped with the hard-hitting beat of the chorus

True... nothing stands out in filmography here but the colours are really pretty. I think they're focusing more on paying tribute to Wizones over quality of movie content. Choreo is always the best. My fav part of the song actually starts from the bridge where the tempo slows down then builds up with interesting textures and that makes it more impactful.
