sha la la also wasnt about love. they went through a whole ass emo phase with last cb album lmfao it was anger and emo. this one is more happy bright even their bsides are summery. pentagon isnt a digitally strong group so they dont chart well in ksite but this song did a bit better then naughty boy and sha la la, an improvement, their bsides keep peeking its existence in naver or melon rising chart.

Pentagon's self composed title tracks (except Shine) were all about themselves, their youth, etc etc.. and not about a love story, an unrequited love, or whatsoever, and that's why i like about it. i feel like through their song i get to know them more..

I’m so excited you watched this comeback since I know you weren’t a fan of Naughty Boy, and on the surface this looks really similar BUT I love that you’re seeing Pentagon is trying this upbeat story telling style! this was the song that actually made me start stanning them. i particularly love their lighthearted, simple, “cute,” hip-hop ish songs. the childish style I feel really emphasizes their friendship. especially in their videos.

I agree with the idea that this sort of concept is unique to Pentagon. A lot of this video was honestly just inside fan jokes :P Either way, the album has charted decently in the second week--I think it's no.3 on Hanteo, and digital sales have been okay too. As usual, they haven't gotten any music show awards for this--yet. HAHA. What you pointed out about the constructed set was super interesting though, I never thought of reading them that way. Thank you for such an amazing video.

I really liked this song! I think what seals it for me is how the choreo and the “ theatre aspects” meld together so well. Like the stomping feet in the chorus or the ending pose all remind me of angry children who are upset! I hope it does well. Such a cute and unique song !

I enjoy the song and the MV, I find them so refreshing. Each time they do a comeback they surprise me in a good way. Btw, did you react to their japanese releases? They have cosmo and a japanese version of sha la la and the MV is pretty different to the korean. Are you gonna to react to SVT trailer? I know you don't usually react to that but it's so good, had pretty photography and a connection with Deadly Poets Society and that's interesting. pd. Idk what you did with the audio in this video but it's a bit off. Sometimes metallic and loud, sometimes normal and a bit off.

Shine was popular with young kids, which is a big target audience for K-pop in South Korea, so to try and re-reach that success, they went with the same type of concept with Naughty Boy and now Humph, instead of their original concept with Sha La La, Runaway, Like This, etc.
