It's incredible. It was so different from anything but so many cute elements and like that spy girls. It's 2000's y2k vibes x twice x music you would expect from women in their 20's. This album didn’t get as good critical reviews as Formula of Love/Taste of Love did - however I think that’s because rather than being a cohesive album telling one story, each song told its own. I enjoyed the title track (although brave is definitely by far my favourite track on the album). What I’m waiting for is for the Fancy/Feel Special Twice sound to make a comeback. Talk that Talk is giving me Scientist vibes, but just not as underwhelming and bland (but still not as good as their previous titles). I think they’re just having fun with their music at this point. They’ve experimented with so many different sounds and genres. Talk that Talk somehow summaries all the Twice sounds over the years into one song, but what I miss is that big distinguishable chorus as Fancy, Likey, Alcohol Free gave us. Either way their music is top tier. But I don’t think Eyes Wide Open can ever be topped!

To be honest, I wish they would switch to full albums full-time, even if that means they make a comeback once a year. Formula of Love is sooo good. Between 1&2 is good but too short, IMO.

@@timidddle I don't mind it either(the girls don't either) but people love to use the "overworked" card on them. Also, groups that go past 7 years tend to make comebacks less frequently, so I could see them making a group comeback once a year, especially if they're going to do solo and sub-unit stuff.

Twice is definitely in their own category they’re not even competing anymore. I love that this song gave every member a moment or moments of their own. No duo or trio shots literally everyone had their own spotlight at some points.
