The Kyudokan Seminar 2023 - Tomari-te skills, Naihanchi kata and oyo waza (Part 1)

James Pankiewicz sensei teaches Tomari-te skills, Naihanchi kata and oyo waza at the Kyudokan Dojo (2023). These are highlights from the 2 hour long seminar.
Includes exercises from the Matsubayashiryu karate system created by Nagamine Shoshin in Okinawa that preserved much of the Tomari-te karate and kata. Use of relaxed body dynamics to create whipping power and short range strikes, strategies to break the opponents stance ("kuzushi waza"), unique striking methods.
