So Brandon did you attach the grease fittings to the auger? keep it filled with grease and both the bearings and movement will be smooth. just thing with the lubricantion there will be no more “rusty balls” and will keep both water and dirt out of the auger! great video.

These unloading augers can be a real pain. I bought a new turn table that broke in the first day. It was purchased and put on by Agco. Then they charged me $750 dolaars to weld ans reinstall it. I should have fixed it myself but I'm alone and had wheat to cut.

Thx for the video Brandon, have been down that road myself. I ordered 13mm balls (.012 O.S.) also rotated & moved one stud so it could wear in a new spot. My F3 came w/ zerks (3) to lube.

I think grease will turn into polishing compound. I would try something dry lube.

A dry lube , teflon or teflon grease, and spin the race every year. Have you checked the brass bush in the elbow, auger bearing thing.

Glad things worked out for you. If you are worried about contamination from the grease, you could try a food grade grease. Looking forward to the "G" video.

I was going to ask you about greasing that auger. The dry graphite is very old school.

Graffiti may work better because it will not attracted corn dust. Should be able to use the same stuff you put in a planter
