@@lightningleaf23 The Beatles are the greatest but they were mostly a studio band, the las were more of a live band. The spent years in the studio. If the Beatles only had one record then they wouldn’t be nearly as acclaimed and if the las had more they would be more so. Lee never really got the chance (or wanted to put more music out). If he played his cards right the las could’ve been as big as stone roses or oasis. I think it’s fair to say he’s close the the songwriting ability of the Beatles. I reckon you could pick pretty much any of the las catalogue and if the Beatles were to play it, I don’t think anyone would be any the wiser. It’s all a matter of opinion really and personally I put lee in the same league.

@Finn-fh1no3 жыл бұрын
@@lightningleaf23 it’s all a matter of opinion really. I think lee is very close. The first few Beatles records are pretty simple and they only started to explore more styles the more time they spent in the studio. They also had 21 studio albums so they wouldn’t be great songwriters if the didn’t switch up their style. The las had one so kind of hard to compare. I will agree that the las definitely aren’t better than the Beatles. However the las definitely trumps the Beatles solo work
