Combat and forms of traditional Fujian White crane Kung Fu. This is branch known as "Fei he Chuan" or Flying Crane style is one of the 4 original branches of Fujian White Crane Kung fu. It was passed down the Lee family who emigrated to Malaysia in 1941 From Fujian province. The art became popular in Malaysia and Canada. This video features some of our ladies from the international headquarters in Laval, Quebec, Canada.

Not bad. Good to pressure test, but those strikes don't seem to have much power even on a bag. The people praising the virtues of MMA don't seem to have realized that MMA is just a mishmash of the most basic techniques from various traditional martial arts. It is bad boxing, bad kicking, and bad grappling made to look good by very fit, violent, aggressive professionals, but technically it offers nothing. Almost all the original claims of how MMA is superior to tradition that have to do with the pre-eminence of grappling over striking and the impracticality of complex spinning techniques has turned out to be totally wrong.

Yes MMA consists mostly of basic techniques, Basic techniques are the most reliable and effective. If complicated traditional techniques were more effective MMA fighters would already be using them.

Except MMA fights are not real as they are governed by rules, have a ref and take place in a ring. All Martial Arts are combat sports. You want "real"? Join the Ukrainian army around this time of year, youll get a real fight. So gtfo with that "real fight" nonsense

Tbh i think that this i s a load of b.s for woman i think the best martial art is bjj andf or men mma or one that need force and u enjoy (p.s ther is no shame in doing any material art if u enjoy it even if it's b.s but just don't claim that it work or realistic)
