I’ve been going to the Lake District every year with my family since I was born (it’s my happy place) this song just means so much to me “those Windermere peaks look like a perfect place to cry” “ my words worth”- William Wordsworth who was a famous English poet who’s grave is in Grassmere

This is my favorite line from Taylor ever. I see most of us right now jumping over this "receipt culture", at least that's how I call it. Instead of just enjoying the moment of discovering a rare rose in ice frozen ground, we get worried about not being able to take a picture of it because we want to show it to our friends how lucky we are to have seen it. Yet, there's definitely something lost there. The natural experience of digesting the beauty just for yourself is taken away.
