Only fools rent out a property without doing constant inspections. Or rather, a slum lord. A SMART landlord will put it in the lease that the AC filter must be changed by THEIR maintenance man or themselves in order to go inside and see what's going on.

Ok, have to admit, the kitchen burners look weird to me. What is the silver pointy thing? How big is the refrigerator? Afraid to look inside. Why is EVERYTHING white?! No calming colors on the walls. The layouts seem odd to me. The exposed pipes? The weird wire box?why don’t the toilets 🚽 have covered seats? What is the tank looking thing on the wall? lol I guess because I’m an American?🎉
