Here we cover Silver How, Blea Rigg, Sergeant Man, Thunacar Knott, Pavey Ark, Harrison Stickle, Loft Crag, Pike of Stickle, High Raise (Langdale) and finally Tarn Crag. Cheers however I think if each fell is done separately you are really 'Doing the Wainwrights' correctly. Thanks Mike

Another excellent video Graham, and worthy of a TV slot. Seventeen miles in that kind of terrain is a remarkable achievement - even without all the superb filming and photography. A joy to watch. Thank you. Atb. 👍

Enjoyed. Thanks for making video. High Raise is one of my favourite places. Have you ever taken the route from High Raise down to Stakes Pass? I can never find that path ! In bad weather getting off High Raise and down to stakes is a must. This route is on my list for August (2020)

Yes at the start my navigation skills let me down once again, we should have skirted the Allan Bank North walls. Once we realised it was going 'Pete Tong' we had no choice than to get through a gate bung the next waypoint in the GPS that would get us back on track and bash through all that bracken fern. My teddies were flying out of the pram quite a bit but Dave was in particular fine form and stayed very calm as he swore at me and laughed as I got more and more wound up.

What a splendid 27 minute watch that was, got to be my favorite video from you! Funny enough, I did a smaller version of this hike myself, last September but started at the Easdale Road and went up the way you came down. I had intended to go to Sargent man and High Raise but after dinner overlooking Stickle Tarn, I decided to walk the ridge the opposite way back down to Grasmere and like you, I went all over the place lol. Kept losing the path and only by chance, I saw someone of the path back down to Grasmere just after Silver How, or I would be still wandering about up there now lol! Brilliant watch Graham, cheers Alan

nice video again Graham. My better half and I also had the misfortune of ploughing through the same fern. Same mistake:-) We have done this more or less the same walk last October. Brilliant day. Looking forward to more of the same, keep 'em coming. Tony

Thanks Tony, The words I called those 'Ferns' 'Bracken' are not repeatable here. I actually wanted to pack it in but Dave was on top form and got me through the anger. Glad he did as it was one of the best walks we have had in the Lakes
