As I do not have a temple near nor do I have a “wise spiritual advisor “ for those wanting am” daily practice basics 101” he’s a very good explainer of a simple morning practice applicable to all flavors of Buddhism along with historical context that provides meaning for basic ritual . He’s a good lay instructor
