This is our People from Eastern Africa especial East Tanzania, Comoros and North Mozambique, i can feel the drums, the language and their culture too and they even know Swahili song and words. East Africa we truly need a creative program to visit the Afro Asians from Sri-lankan,Siddis in India Pakistan, Iraq etc. somehow for them know to their heritage and a true story not only slavery but before that.

Great! Sri Lanka (then Ceylon) was invaded and ruled by three waves of European colonizers namely Portuguese, Dutch, and English. All three European groups would bring Africans and various other communities to Ceylon for various works. However, some scholars believe that the ancestors of the current Afro-Sri Lankans in Puttalam may have been brought here by the Portuguese rulers. In olden times, the Portuguese built forts in various locales, including Puttalam, so they would bring Africans for construction work - laborious works. However, every human being matters, and these people are now naturalized on this soil, so they are our people, and they must be protected. Good luck and take care!
