I put a little easter egg at the end there before c4 goes off at 16:35, if you can go frame by frame and notice the last 2 frames it's something that has very special meaning to me :)

the nostalgia when you remember getting out of school and telling your friends "I will hit you up on skype and then lets play some csgo" in like 2015/2016 and playing Operation hydra (that was my first operation) in 2017 hits hella hard. Especially only able to play with 60 FPs on a shit laptop xD

@@swiss_prince4056 bro, 60fps -100fps is peek fps back a day ngl, like those low fps doesn't affect too much in csgo (except you're play faceit to more competition) I missed those day

I was there when CS was born. Had the 1.0 on a CD back then and no Internet, so i had to run over to a friend and he gave me a floppy disc with POD Bots on it. I was there when every piece of media laughed about E-Sports and looking at it now it makes me happy that CS is still alive today. I'm happy that Pro Players get the recognition now that they deserve. If CS2 is a good CS is debatable but i sure as hell wanna see CS played till eternity. Best FPS Game ever made! Not a single doubt!.

From 16:00 to the end of the video hit me hard. I've been playing and watching Counter Strike for over 10 years now. Watching so many great players and rosters come and go has been a great privilege. Getting to meet my favorite players in person, shake their hands, get their autographs, and just talk about Counter Strike with them (I was an American Cloud 9 fan) felt like an honor. The ecstasy I felt watching Cloud 9 take the Boston major was unreal. I'd been a fan of theirs's since near the team's inception. Feeling the energy of the crowd at LANs live, everyone there for the same reason. Our love for Counter Strike. Even when our favorite team was knocked out of the tournament, we still showed up and cheered because of our love for Counter Strike. Over the years, much has changed in my life, personally. Graduation, losing loved ones, gaining friends, jobs, girlfriends, hobbies, etc. However, my love for Counter Strike has been one of the few constants. I know one day I'll exit the game, and never play again for the rest of my life. It's inevitable. But the memories I've made with this incredible game and it's even more incredible community, will live in my memory as long as I do. Til death do us part. I love this game and I love you all. I always will.

Oh god. I’m so grateful for being in such a community. CS has become my parameter of growth. As a whole community, we have become a culture that outsiders wouldn’t understand, the community which has lots of inside jokes and brotherhood amoungst all of us. I’m so happy to be a part of this. This but this time only, I’m not crying, we all are crying.

CS:GO was the only game I ever "mastered" as in learned all calls, the maps, met people I still talk to 10 years later, been in teams, been to LANs, been through all the gambling sites, all the changes, updates, all the controversy's. Used to rush home from College to play it. CS:GO will always have a place in my heart. Pure memories. CS2 just isn't the same for me I can't get into it, perhaps I'm older and moved on idk but still. CS was a part of my life for a long time.

20 years ago for the first time I played 1.6 and ever since game of Counter-Strike has been with me. It's so deeply planted in me that it has become a huge part of me. All the countless times having fun, feeling frustrated, winning, losing, making new friends and thrill to challenge yourself to be better. I could've not ever imagine that video game would give me all that and much more. Now when I launch the game it's like going home or seeing your good friends after long time. I don't give a heck what is the version, because Counter-Strike is Counter-Strike. CS2 is just another page to turn and I hope the game to be here when im 80. Vital, everytime I watch these rewinds, it makes me feel that I'm in love with someone that I don't actually know. Just huge emotions going through me and you couldn't even know how grateful I'm of your work

CS:GO was the perfect game for the perfect time. Even though CS2 might improve over time and even potentially surpass CS:GO, this game will remain etched in our memory as the staple of Counter-Strike as we know it and that will not be because of how bad CS2 is, but because of how good the memories of playing CS:GO are, thanks for all the hours, thanks for all the games, and most specially - big thanks to Valve and the developers who had worked on making CS:GO what it was. Like Andrew Bernard on "The Office" said - "I wish there was a way that you're in the good old days before you've actually left them."
