I watched this film three times now and it gets more meaningful each time. The longer you lived the more impactful this film will have on you

The strong performances from Wong and Hui anchor the story, their generational conflict serving as a microcosm of Hong Kong’s struggle between tradition and modernity. This heartfelt exploration of death traditions manages to feel more alive than most films about the living. (Review in The Straits Times, Singapore)
