Damn, i remember listening to this when the Last Tour On Earth cd came out was a die hard fan then now i see hes lost inspiration in making music, with constant switching in band members and such a low point with albums like eat me drink me and high end of low glad i got to enjoy what he put out at the time of this album

I have heard some pretty good live performances by Manson from 2012, as well as some bad ones. I don't think it has to do so much with his voice getting lost as much as him being too fucking smashed to really sing.

I'm not saying it isn't natural but it isn't common either. Many people only get better as they go along but in this genre of music I can see where his vocal ability may be strained by now. His ability to create, or the lack of in this case, isn't because of his diminishing ability to sing though. Manson admitted himself that nothing inspires him anymore and that he thought about retiring altogether. I think that would have been the best choice he could have made. Now he can't even stay sober.
@AdoreYouInAshXI12 жыл бұрын
Also if you don't think he has lost his voice, listen to his live music for 2012.. any artist can record a record and tweak it and spend months perfecting it, a live performance is a true testament of a persons ability to perform and sing and Manson used to sound better live than on his records but now that's all gone.

His new album is nothing compared to his old stuff. Manson even admitted he's lost his inspiration and that he though about retiring from making music all together. His new album is ok, better than the last few but Holy Wood is still the last true Manson album.

Okay, maybe I'm missing something here, but why is anyone discussing chocolate milk? How did that become a topic of discussion on here? o.O I mean I understand freedom of speech, but that is so totally random that I can't logically explain how it would occur to anyone to talk about it on here.
@AdoreYouInAshXI12 жыл бұрын
I wonder if Manson ever listens to this song and looks at how he's become and how he has lost his voice and inspiration?

@INDIANBLANKET 1. The Mechanical Animals album was mostly about being fake and such, and the song is more tragic and numb with the original production. Also, this was a live recording, so it couldn'tve been on the album.

"society tends to always try to find a scapegoat for its problems, well, here i am" Marilyn Manson Dead To The World Tour Well, we did in fact bomb Kosovo on that day more than any other day in that time of war but even i have to admit whenever the US is up to something it involves a tragedy so saying the president dropped bombed is like soley blaming him when in fact its your country too see, we are all walking contradictions whether you see it or not

I love M.M but the sound quality of this great song is so warped, that it's hard to hear any of it clearly, if this is from ''the last tour on earth'' then someone really messed this up, to make it sound like some rare demo, which this is not. Who posted this?
