I also relate a lot to what Sean said about dancing, you have to have the right mindset. I feel as if I dance my best if my mental state is calm or happy. Dance is an extension of your body and with that, an extension of your mind. So if you feel right, you dance right

I really enjoyed this series! I for one, struggle a lot with sticking to things and realizing that it takes time and effort to work for the things I want. The amount of time and hard work you put into one move is truly admirable. I will definitely be thinking about this series whenever I find myself wanting to quit when my results aren't showing up fast enough for my liking. Training does work as you said. Great work Sean and Karl!!

the way i was rooting for you this whole ep. i was like "you got this" and "c'mon man, Sean you can do this". This was a bliss. This whole journey of yours is such an eyeopener to the fact that anything is possible if u have the right mentor, right people, right mindset and a strong determination and also someone like Karl who trusts on your ability. If You have all this then you are really blessed cuz then you are invincible. You can achieve anything that u want. No matter the setbacks you kept on trying and that's really inspiring to me. The way this whole series of episodes actually brings fitness and dance at that beautiful intersection point, is just an experience of a whole new world where you can merge different streams to achieve what you want and need. Your spirit and spirit of others who were involved, & Karl of course is just so motivating. Thank you for giving us a peak into your life and creativity.
