your story reminds me of how I first met my personal trainer who is now my best friend, and I also watched this video with him. I hated him the first time I was coached by him, I hated having to follow all his programs, diets, etc. I almost cried in every session of my hell day 😆 but after 8 months I want to say THANK YOU to my personal trainer also my best friend you made me a better person now 💪💃
