I honestly love how this animation portrayed HATE as a extremely dangerous and powerful threat and the unique portrayal of how HATE uses the inverted traits. I also like how this animation really showed how powerful Asriel’s GOH form could be if fused with all 6 souls + a part of charas determination from season 1 + Chara’s entire soul from this animation.

@@matiasmagresso7308 If you go to the part where Asriel says “Chara don’t disappear!” in the Glitchtale season 1 finale “Continue” at around 12:11 you can see the 6 human souls (and a part of frisk’s determination) that glitchtale chara absorbed that goes into Asriel’s soul once Chara dissapears. And Chara in the season 1 finale also gave what was left of their soul to Asriel.

Honestly to god This was a way better approach to the finale in glitchtale season 2 I always found hate underwhelming, and same with the fight But how you went with this, Chara sacrifice, asriels transformation didn’t leave a plot hole just like in the finale in season 2, same with hate attacking asriel the last second and then chara jumped in and then he stopped and gave up and died, another plot hole Hate not using the souls to their full potential. The fight design was really good, I really like this remake of the season 2 finale Also idk if this was the plan but I didn’t think there needed to be a sub plot to the finale, it felt kinda random IMO. Okay, I haven’t watched any of the others of these that you’ve all made, but I can say from just watching this: this TRUMPS the glitchtale finale (and honestly pretty much all of glitchtale) in just about every way: animation, storytelling, and sheer bloody spectacle. Seriously, this battle carries SO MUCH emotional weight it is insane. This could totally be classed as its own separate universe, it’s that good. Absolutely spectacular animation. Damn near cried at the ending.

I commented yesterday but I thought I’d also add this: I can’t help but keep thinking to myself where this new story would go. I keep imagining a continuation where we get to see the fallout of everything: Asriel coping with the loss of Chara, Asgore and Toriel trying to pull him out of a depressive spiral, seeing the effects hate had on more of the surface city and how a lot more damage was done than was initially thought, and eventually, the new equilibrium, how everyone lives post-hate, Ariel moving on and finding a new maturity, and Chara and asriel being remembered as heroes. That’s how much I love this animation. It opens a completely new door for stories. Obviously I know that probably won’t happen but it’s nice to have a thought about.

I remember over a year ago when I first heard the announcement of this project on twitter. My brother was practically begging for me to sign up for the project and I won't forget being invited on twitter. Over a year and a half and we finally finished it, it's honestly incredible. Warning spoilers, but i think it was really cool to see that at 19:48, right before the attack lands on hate, you can see a flash of Irral's face, the determination wizard from the Glitchtale Prequels, who accidentally created HATE by feeling hateful towards humans that made his monster friend suicidal. Now he was reincarnated as HATE itself as you can see by the red glow of Hate/Determination, and the reflection of his face before being taken down.

I've been keeping an eye on the project for a while now, but seeing it in full? This was just a beautiful love letter to Glitchtale. I loved the story and how it was all set up. I don't know exactly what it was, but Hate felt like the menace it should have been in the original ending, something overpowering them both, it's unrefined brutality was showcased beautifully while you still had a beautiful, heartfelt story. God, this had me excited, dare I say even more than the actual ending of Glitchtale. Don't get me wrong, the ending of Glitchtale was beautiful, but this felt so much more.. Satisfying, I guess? Hate was shown to be a powerhouse, there were some places where I laughed at the small jokes, but it always had that looming feeling of danger and intensity. And seeing Asriel take the soul and enter that new form? Holy, I was so surprised! What I want to say is.. This was beautiful, and I am thankful to be able to see this. Good job to everyone who worked on this, this was certainly a unique watch.

I feel as though they could have played with the idea of chara being the more power fighter between him and asreil ( because whenever he had more hate he was able to actually ouch hate back) while asreil is more versatile and being able to get around the battle field a lot quicker with his move set but it just seems like chara was more of a liability. (And yeah I agree they did hate dirty after hyping it up in interlopers)

It was AMAZING . I really liked every moments like the poses and gag moments during the fight . I also liked the idea that the course of the fight faces the beginning of the story of undertale ( when chara died because of HATE and that his soul goes to asriel to form only one soul with it as his first death and then form the powerfull being said like in the game) but only this time -It asriel remains alive. This parallel is incredible! The end ends like the beginning but differently. Also the detail that shows Irral before the impact of the last attack is super cool and an incredible work🔥 . How you all illustrated it worked so well with the inherent inconsistency of a multi-animator project, with it constantly morphing and adapting, and it is so expressive and emotional that it really makes the original pale in comparison '=D I also love the little callback to how the blue soul magic works with those pads that we saw get used. Dude, I LOVE Dieded's artstyle! It's so realistic.. so damn good! Frederick's, too! SO FUCKING GOOD!! Erick Farias' too.. holy shit, HOW MANY REALISTIC ANIMATORS ARE THERE?! I also really like the visual representation that HATE is some sort of merciless beast that stops at nothing to destroy *literally everything* its path. The fact that it can (and does) switch between the different powerful SOUL traits is amazing, too! I really liked the visual representation with INTEGRITY. THE DIFFERENCES IN THE FIGHT SCENES! Why I like Hate - He is an original charakter. - He looks awesome, on every Fanart. - He looks awesome on every artstyle. - Every Theme he have, is a banger. - He is the negativity itself. - He is basicly the strongest charackter in the Undertale multiverse. ( Contoversal opinion for Underverse fans ) - He fights agressiv and quick. - Only the emotion love can hurt him. - He has the power of eight different soul types. not only is the twist death at the end feel deserved and well delivered but the death of hate felt a lot better in this than in the original as the original had hate just randomly give up whereas here the way they beat him (or so i think) was making him feel fear for that brief second right before he got obliterated which felt a whole lot more reasonable and organic than him just giving up for no reason

hoooooooly shit, i haven’t rewatched glitchtale for a long. LONG time, so when i thought this was just a remake of the last episode, i was proven wrong in all the right ways. the chase to the crater was tense, the battle was thrilling- when chara couldn’t just come back from death and all hope seemed lost, the climax and asriel’s transformation into TGOH was absolutely jawdropping, i’ll be frank here, the bittersweet ending is a million times better than the original one, hate actually seemed like a dangerous individual, and the animators who worked on this were absolutely incredible, i am no longer in the fandom, but i am so proud of this project.

As bittersweet as the final few minutes are, I gotta say, I think I prefer this version of the final fight far more than I do the canon version. Hate actually felt like a genuine threat here, the stakes were appropriately high, all the artists involved clearly gave their A Game. Overall, I gotta say, give yourselves a dozen pats on the back as you all really went above and beyond with this collaboration.

All I can simply say right now is.. I LOVE YALL!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I was going through a lot yesterday. Not going to go into detail about what but if anything, to see that this just came out on either the same day or the day before. I was so hyped and I had to wait till my mood was at least good. This only adds on to something positive helping me. I'm probably going to watch it over and over for like the next 2 years again and again like I do with thing I love. xDD We all as a community have come so far and all of you as animators have definitely come so far in both art styles and animation. I am so proud of all of you, every time I see either individual projects or collabs whether it's from y'all or somebody else's projects, Camila has clearly been a great inspiration to a lot of us so thank you too if you read this. I almost didn't join this project when it was originally announced because I wasn't going to be able to animate for 8 weeks, and I had NO idea it would actually take a year and a half, thankfully I did ^^ This project has been the thing I could look forward to every day, even when things got hard, so thank you for that 🙂 I can imagine I'll watch this in like 5 years and feel nostalgic for it, like this is where I realized how much I enjoyed working on these kinds of projects, and how much I want to pursue animation as a career. One thing I loved about this was it really felt like the bond between Chara and Asriel was emphasized a lot more. They seemed to work way better as team and then also, obviously, you saw how the death affected Asriel Plus actually defeating hate instead of it just giving up is way more satisfying

Absolutely loved this. animation was really good, the SFX was good, the voice acting was amazing, the story was amazing, and the music was godly. the fighting was much better in this than the original in my opinion. lots of movement, unique usage of certain abilities, and more creativity. the original was really slow, this was nice and fast paced. Oh, and RIP Chara. That was sad to watch.

There were some moments where it was hard for me to keep watching because of some specific parts that I adored and I couldn't even contain my excitement I started to write this comment before the video even ended: - The sound effect of Hate's first attack is just amazing!! 0:59 - It was just delightful to hear integral voice acting, especially that of Lumisau (cause I think Chara's voice is just straight-up amazing) - The Dreemurrs being themselves and acting all goofy even in high tension; - I may not be a critic, but I think Asriel's realization of Chara's death had a significant emotional impact and was very well executed; -The time all these people dedicated themselves to remake the finale, not to mention they all managed to make the fight last long enough to be fully engaged in it; - The climax of Asriel's GOH sequence was absolute peak; This was absolutely incredible! ssAlso. 0:45 Was this Chara reacting to the locket being cold?! Cause that completely humanizes him! Props to that detail!
