17:03 The ayat is: Surah Ash-Shura, Verse 11: فَاطِرُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَمِنَ الْأَنْعَامِ أَزْوَاجًا يَذْرَؤُكُمْ فِيهِ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ It's وهو السميع البصير not وهو السميع العليم. "All Hearing All Seeing", not "All Hearing All Knowing". Probably just a slip
