I differ with the interpretation presented in this video. Allah said unequivocally that every nation will see His punishment before the end of time, since He knows that they will commit crimes that are punishable. Please look at Surah Al-Isra (Surah 17), specifically verse 58. In this verse, Allah mentions that no city or nation will escape His punishment before the Day of Judgment if they commit injustice and wickedness. The verse is as follows: Surah Al-Isra (17:58): "And there is no city but We will destroy it before the Day of Resurrection or punish it with a severe punishment. That has been written in the Book (of decrees)." This verse indicates that every nation that indulges in crimes and injustices will face divine retribution before the end of time. He also said His policies of rewards and punishment never change. The verse that discusses the unchanging nature of Allah's policies of reward and punishment can be found in Surah Al-Fatir (Surah 35), specifically verse 43. Here, Allah emphasizes that His way of dealing with humanity, in terms of rewarding the righteous and punishing the wrongdoers, remains constant and does not change. The verse is as follows: Surah Al-Fatir (35:43): "Because of their arrogance in the land and their plotting of evil; but the evil plot does not encompass except its own people. Then do they await except the way of the former peoples? But you will never find in the way of Allah any change, and you will never find in the way of Allah any alteration." This verse highlights the consistency of Allah's principles regarding justice, reward, and punishment throughout history. May Allah protect us from ignorance and grant all righteous people the understanding of His divine policy in its entirety. Otherwise, punishment is inevitable, as He destroys those who fail to establish His words on earth. He will replace generations with those who will spread His messages and teachings of the Quran. The verse that conveys Allah's disapproval of those who do not uphold the teachings of the Quran and His promise to replace them with people who will spread His messages is found in Surah Muhammad (Surah 47), specifically verse 38. This verse emphasizes the importance of supporting and spreading the message of the Quran, warning that if people fail to do so, Allah will replace them with others who will fulfill this responsibility. The verse is as follows: Surah Muhammad (47:38): "Here you are - those invited to spend in the cause of Allah - but among you are those who withhold [out of greed]. And whoever withholds only withholds [benefit] from himself; and Allah is the Free of need, while you are the needy. And if you turn away, He will replace you with another people; then they will not be the likes of you." This verse highlights Allah's promise to bring forth a new generation that will uphold and spread His message if the current one fails to do so.

I think you missed the point brother! Toubah which in English means repent is the way Allah allows the sinner ask for forgiveness and start to undo, at least make up or even to re-set oneself. Allah is well aware of the nature of his creation and knows mankind no matter how many times repents still soon or later will repeat his sin in one way or another. The reason Besmellahe Rahmane Rahim is not mentioned at the beginning of this Surah maybe is that because each time we recite Besmellahe Rahmane Rahim, we are calling upon Allah to witness us and to witness our actions. So, since Allah knows his creation the mankind better than the mankind himself. Therefore, Allah from his rahmat(mercifulness) does not want to witness the mankind break his/her promise. So, once again, Allah shows mercy to us all.
