Chapter 4, Act 1:
Anosognosia is a phenomenon in which a patient is unaware of their condition. Naturally, it is inevitable when it comes to Alzheimer's among other neurodegenerative diseases, and as it engulfs us, the world begins to melt into confusion, slowly but irreversibly.

Chapter 4, Act 2:
Because the cognitive decline caused by dementia of any kind has its ups and downs, moments of mental clarity come and go relatively frequently. They all have a varying quality and length - some may last a few minutes, others stay for days on end. However, they all have one thing in common - they are temporary. They often only serve to make the decline ahead that much more heartbreaking.

Chapter 4, Act 3:
Early clinical stage 5 presents us with an important turning point; states of lucidity here become the exception, rather than the rule. As a result of this, the patient's personality slowly grows desaturated, and eventually becomes completely replaced by their condition. The decline is steeper with each passing day.

One of the _many_ reasons that it's getting a remake. Also if you've read the wiki then you'd know that the "breathing sounds" in moaly G1 have been remade here with actual recorded breathing.

Really good 10/10 this is the best awareness but it’s feels like lucidity is finally fading away H1 Honestly I don’t know how to put it it feels like the memory is burning and I can hear what also sounds like whispers in the background truly a nightmare unfolding H2 The remains despair there is nothing left and what left on the shore of the mind will be washed away by the sea of the forgotten it all happens under a dark red sky All the other tracks are phenomenal in presenting the tapestry of the mind unfolding
