You were right. You heard the name from the show. Riley was mentioned by Marlene in the first episode when Marlene and Ellie had the “stay alive” talk. She said to Ellie. “Was Riley a terrorist?” and Ellie was visibly sad when her name was mentioned.

This episode wasn’t in the main game but there was a DLC called Left Behind which is what this is from.

Everything from the photobooth to the music that plays in Halloween store is translated exactly as it was from the DLC . But the episode is missing the water gun battle that Ellie & Riley have in the video game

They did very well at portraying the DLC!! Although I haven’t watched the reaction yet, I’m so excited to see it! It’s very different seeing a reactor who hasn’t played the game versus someone who has. I always wonder what their perspective would be and you are a great critic 🤗

episode one, ellie asks marline why terrorist dumped her with FEDRA and marline said “because it was what’s best and terrorist? was riley a terrorist?” and ellie got sad and just asked why she can’t go home. also 6:03 episodes 2 tess asked where she got bit and she said “you know the old mall in the QZ” then she asked if she was alone and ellie hesitated and said yeah she was but really she wasn’t. riley is the first person she killed because she turned and she didn’t so she did a murcy kill episode 4

Every weekend in Junior High the thing to do was go to the mall and hang out at the arcade. I spent a lot of money there! Miss those days 😊

In the first episode Marlene mentions rhiley when they were talking about STAYIN alive, in the 2nd episode Ellie tells Tess that she was in a mall by herself and took out an infected “by herself” when in reality she was with rhiley

Was a DLC well after the game came out... Made more sense doing it the way the tv show did .. tlou part one was epic but it had flaws and this dlc was one of them... Glad it was showen at a critical moment like ellie nursing joel .that made sense.

I haven't overall enjoyed the show as much as I thought I would but this episode perfectly captured the feelings I had for the DLC and TLOU in general. Didn't expect to be so fond of this weeks release!

that's a problem with the how for me the bites seem to randomly appeal on everyone without an mouth near enough to do it unlike the walking dead for the most part where you get to see chunks ripped out of people as it happens

We all feel terrible for Ellie here, but Riley was such a doll. I feel like they did a better job with her character in the game than in the DLC. Was really sad to see her go.

Knowing you’ve owned quit a bit of PlayStation systems I ca g believe you haven’t played the last of us . Games been out over a decade already since 2013 or it’s release. Was first on ps3 then ps4 now ps5 . PlayStation has always had the best games .
