I’ll be honest I hope they don’t expand or do spin offs. Everything doesn’t need to have an expanded universe, tell the stories based in the 2 games and call it a day.

I can't believe they covered all of Last of Us the game in one TV season. We already have Last of Us 2 - so next season is locked. But - what about LoU 3 the game? Must be coming!

People saying that if you played the game, you lose out on fully enjoying the show like newcomers would. Because you know whats gonna happen. My question is, now that I've watched the show will it take all the magic out of playing the game for the first time?

No, I've played the game multiple times and still enjoyed the show. The game is the definitive version of experiencing the story of Last of Us Part 1.
