Something that would be very interesting to see is how Joel & Tommy made it from Austin, TX to Boston, MA....what happened in that 20 year stretch. I imagine thats something that might be considered for the next installment of the game, probably not going to be touched on in this HBO series, since it wasnt touched on much in the actual game series

The prologue with "its natural mushrooms not a virus" was a great way to set it apart from COVID and just remind people this is different than most regular "zombie" media.

Haven’t seen the movie (probably won’t) but the book, A Man Called Ove was a very good read. Sounds like the original movie represents it much better. No thanks on the cry porn version.
