Yes, maximum turbo power up to 117 watts, because rpcs3 requires high cpu performance 👍🏻😅👍🏻

no oc, I just opened the avx 512 feature to improve rpcs3 performance, helped by my friend from brazil 👍🏻😁👍🏻
