The doors to the outside balcony was closed as snow piled on the ground seen through the glass window. Deveon looked upon his queen, Felithora laying in beds of coats and furs silently.
Deveon exhausted sat in the chair across the bed and breathed in relieve, for he was home next to the woman that he loved. Deveon rolled his head back and stared at the stone ceiling above him and focused on the wooden pine beams.
He closed his eyes and remained silent. Listening to the wind that breezed across the icy lair of snow. Particles dancing in his mind as exhaustion hits and all went black."
Our protagonist exhausted from the night before, rests in his castle's keep. The castletown of Amberstill Breeze that rests between two mountains and close to the sea coast. Although it is the dead of winter, he is glad to to be home.
