As much as I do love this segment, as someone who works in rescue, I have to tell you that these puppies would have no trouble getting adopted even without Stephen's help. Why not showcase some dogs that are a little older or have disabilities? Those are the ones that could use the extra boost.

Isabelle Dzwonczyk I have a coworker who volunteers at a rescue and I agree. It's so sad how many older dogs get stuck at a shelter. Although, it's good to know there are places that provide excellent care and constant affection for them when nobody is willing to adopt them

I was just about to post pretty much the exact same thing. Just think of what a boost he could give to a nice BBD (industry talk for Big Black Dog) or a friendly pitbull. Puppies are usually gone within a day of going up for adoption, with or without help from The Late Show.

I have rescued several dogs. I admire the fantastic and dedicated people who work so hard to find homes for all of these precious creatures. They all do an amazing job! Every time, though, the rescue folks gloss over a few details we really need to know! we're prepared to work through initial behavior problems, just tell us! It might keep some dogs from being returned.
