I'm just happy that the battery is nonremovable. It stresses me out to have the convenience of swapping out the battery for when the battery is used up and needs to be replaced. So much stress that I don't have to ever worry about because, when the phone's battery approaches the end of its useful life, I can simply buy a whole new phone for over $1,000 instead of replacing the battery myself for $30.

I been using Samsung Note 9 for the past 5 years and when it's time to upgrade I am glad I bought Vivo X80 Pro last week. Hoping for a Pro Plus variant with the refreshed Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus chip and different aesthetics. My major concern is the power efficiency of the last 2 gens; the SD888 and 8 Gen 1. Appearance wise it isn't terrible but looks a bit dated and uninteresting. However, it arrives cheaper than it's main competitors (S22U, iPhone 13 Pro Max), has comparable photo/video capability and comes with many excluded accessories. It includes all the flagship features and is also a pioneer in this regard . Definitely a front runner in my opinion and would be a clear winner with the refreshed chip.

vivo X70 Pro plus was already an awesome phone and now Vivo just top notched it again , the only thing they are lagging now is their UI its very lack luster and it can improve a lot, one more issue I am facing in X70 pro+ is the phone will never use 5x camera unless the scene is very bright. they should give dedicated lens option not to gimmick user into thinking they are using 5X in every scene.

You can go to "Pro mode" to use 5x Tele lens. I have tested in environment with sufficient light but not bright enough, result very grainy photo. It's due to 5x len has very small aperture (F3.4). Auto mode is intelligent enough to shoot best photo quality with lens selected by the software
