@11:30 housing down 0.2 , lowest since 1998. I remember 1998 very well, the Asian crisis. I owned an IT business (in NZ) with 11 staff, we took 30 calls an hour in response to a small advert doing computer upgrades. The calls just stopped. I remember contacting the phone company to check that there was not a fault with our phone lines. Within months I had to do a runner from the premises, auction off all the assets, down sized to two staff and I went back on the tools. I was lucky to get out of that with my house as the business loans were secured by my home and ended up being 80% mortgaged. I see signs that the same is about to occur, good opportunity for those that are prepared.
