This was exactly what I needed. I’ve been getting into LOA over the last few months but I’ve struggled with the “feeling” part of it. When you said feeling wasn’t about emotion but basically faith, that shifted EVERYTHING for me because I feel like I’m failing if I can’t get myself worked up and excited about my future life while dealing with challenging times. So the idea is decide what you want and believe it's done and it's yours and all these techniques, being in the state and self concept is just to keep you in that feeling? To not check the 3d, react or waiver because doing these things slows down the manifesting and can kick you out of the knowing until you get back on track? Am I correct in doing a simple sum up?💕 now, this consistent feeling eventually impresses the subconscious which in turn becomes an assumption, therefore ur desire projecting out into the 3d?when we get almost instant manifestations, its usually because we really dont care whether we get it? No resistence? Basically? Love ur videos josh!

I understand how to do this but it is hard to be in the state of being completely healthy when aches and pains "takes over". I am in the state of being so full of enegy feeling my body so healhty, so strong and my back starts to hurt, I get cramps in my feet or something else hurts. I can not escape that. It's there and pokes for attention. It pulls me "down" to the state of lack of perfect health. What am I missing?

I know what you mean. I'm not an expert, but I'll try to give you advice. You don't have to be in the state constantly. It is good to be in the preferred state as much as possible, but if you get a pain and need to cry, cry. If you need that heating pad, use it. Need a hot bath or advil, do that. When you can, be in that state of wellness. The 4d always needs to catch up to the 3d. Try to remember what it was like when you didn't have pain. Things you did, how you felt ect and try to be in that moment in ur imagination like ur experiencing it now. It's OK to react to things in life, just try not to dwell there and spiral as they call it. Just be persistent . Don't give up. 💕

You are already living the knowing.. that’s the point.. to change that belief.. your knowing and the fact of creation being done means that you live your knowing now and what your already expecting is coming and complete.. but that doesn’t mean you can change that reality into a new knowing,, you must change the belief that it was always there for you and your just now becoming aware.. so the experience that you have lived and the emotions about those things are what you need to change.. you are not set up with life because of where you come from or what you know, if your parents were poor.. often we hold these truths and they become our own truths and ultimately setting the future in stone.. hence what is your future is already done.. just recognize that you have just discovered your desires or your on your way to discovery.. set your own life.. your desires are yours and yours alone, when you recognize that no two people live the same life, you have freedom to be who you really are.. follow your own guidance.. not judgments and conformity, trends and styles.. make your life as unique as it should be! With all the hills and gutters that make you, You!
