Trading is risky, and most people lose money.

FTC/CFTC Risk Disclaimer - Please read this so you're 100% aware of the extreme risks associated with any type of trading and investing.
I’ve said for years and years and years - trading is extremely risky, and most people will lose all the money they try to trade with - even the people who follow the information I provide. Trading is a skillset that is difficult to learn, and I make it look easy because I’ve been trading for 7+ years. As with any high performing skillset in life, trading is NOT easy.
Your likelihood of consistently making money trading is abysmally low, whether you learn on your own or whether you follow the things that myself or others teach.
It’s like becoming a doctor, many people start pre-med and medical school, but only a tiny fraction of them succeed and actually become doctors. The average success rate of trading is even worse that that! Becoming a doctor is obviously not for everyone, and becoming a trader is obviously not for everyone, too.
I (and my company, MissionFX, LLC) make NO guarantees/promises/express direct or indirect representation that you’ll achieve any specific result trading, regardless of whether you’re following my free or paid content.
I’m just some random guy on the internet who is sharing what’s worked for me - I have no clue what will work for you because there are a million contributing factors that will determine whether or not you will make money trading.
Do NOT take into account any information that I share anywhere on the internet as the basis for your trading decisions. I’m not responsible for your success, nor am I responsible for your failures.
Read the full risk disclaimer on my website below, so that you’re 100% aware of the risks associated with trading - then you can make an informed decision as to whether or not you want to continue following any of the information I share (or continue to pursue trading in general).

DONT HEDGE if you re not a constantly profitable trader!⚠⚠ This is the dumbest video i ve seen in a long time. Trading is hard anyway, but while hedging and going deeper into red what will happen to amateurs is, they will start to develop a bias which is driven by their desperation for the price to turn and they will stop rational thinking and thus blow the account. Trust me, DONT HEDGE, this is by far not so easy how he makes it look. Also keep in mind losing a trade is part of the game, usually people who hedge never learned how to lose and thus they will always be in trouble because they think going through the stress of big drawdown and hedging is worth it just to get out at breakeven. Its not and you will by far be better off if you just take the loss and focus on the next setup. Use your common sense!

I have a micro account and use .01 or .02 lots following your strategy (kinda jj) so I have margin enough to hedge. This way I made a +127% last year and +21.2% so far this. Thanks for showing me that trading is simple and we shouldn’t overcomplicate it with 20 indicators ✌🏻

Hi Nick from Greece. I ve tried trading 2 years ago but with no success. Not a surprise , since all the strategies-tactics-advises, etc from countelss youtube channels-gurus were just repeated crap and lies in different packaging. Started again 6 months ago with a small account and I ve been checking your channel the last couple of months. I found here simplicity, raw honesty, logic and through your examples-trading actions in the free telegram channel, the way to increase what you call intuition and increasing experience and confidence. I m happy that I dont loose so many hours checking the internet about various "specialists" and "super traders"... Your youtube channel and the free telegram channel are the only places I check. Cant afford yet the close friends part (family obligations) but I hope I ll manage soon. I m very happy and glad to find you, thank you very much for the knowledge you offer, and I m whishing you all the best for your trading career as well as your personal life. All the best, A.P

Telling them its just support and resistance, 50/50 has them tearing their eyes out..they do not WANT to hear that their 500+ indicators are useless..its like thr movies where at the start of a fight, one guy is doing all the fancy spinning and flips and styles..but gets beat with a simple kick to the balls..simple support/resistance trading is a kick in the balls to all the other fancy shit IMO..

I have only one question though, is it possible for you to make a video for absolute noobs (like me) where you can show step by step what platform you use, how you actually place a Hedge and a future and long/shorts? How to apply leverage, and how much, and maybe go into detail about therms like "standard Lot" etc. I would be most thankfull. Grz Eric

I could, but I think people should just learn the basics from somewhere like babypips.com - it's free, and a lot of it is just figuring things out as you go. A lot of courses often times get people to think in terms of black and whites, and I believe guided experience is a much better way to learn, so just go and search for how to do specific things you want to do. How to open an brokerage account, how to place a trade, what the different order types are, how to close it, how to calculate risk, how to XYZ - all of this will come with experience.

@NickShawnFX If you are trading ES Futures lets say, and you are Short 1 contract and the market is moving up, how are you hedging by buying 1 contract, all your doing is closing the losing trade and buying back that 1 contract. What? Buy 2 contracts? So now you locked in a loss and you're Long 1 contract....then the market starts pulling back adding more loss. How do you "wiggle" your way out of a losing Futures position without using options? Anyone is welcome to explain how this applies to ES Futures.

At this moment, the circumstances seem unusual. The US dollar is devaluing due to inflation, yet it is appreciating in relation to other currencies and assets like gold and real estate. People are turning to the dollar because they view it as a safer option. I am apprehensive that the escalating inflation might cause a decline in the worth of my retirement funds. Where else could we allocate our funds?

If you’re using a funded account, say 100k, but you can only lose 3k before the account is blown trading futures (like NQ for example) then I’m assuming you would just treat your account and sizing as if you only have 3k to lose, which is what you have in reality and should probably only do 1 micro contract for sizing. I think you can clean up the inefficiencies here and help people who can't have open sell and buy orders at the same time on the same account. If your intention is to hedge, realize that any movement in price after the hedge is a net sum of 0, and you make it worse by adding commissions and financing charges. Instead of hedging, just close the position. Follow the exact same strategy though and when the price moves up or down to where you WOULD have sold more, you sell there again with your 1 lot. Just might look weird on the account because there will be times during the trade where you have no lots.... but it is mathematically the same (with less fees).

Isn't true hedging illegal in the US? Well IK it is so are you closing one trade before taking the opposite? Or are you using unregulated brokers to hedge?

Hey Nick! I really enjoy your videos and how youre keeping things simplr and easy to follow. However I think what youre saying -and actually doing leeds to a little confusion... Youre saying all the analysis is "degenerate idiot style", however you do wait for certain conditions to be met before taking a trade. For example the retest + a bullish sign of pressure (you said that live on tape). Dont you think you debase your trading a little? You do keep it as simple as possible. But you do have some criteria that has to be met and you do have some rules. All love and peace, Philipp

Yes real deal mr bold, keep adding to your loosers one day change direction and you break even or profit, you need endless pocket for that strategy, is easy to do that when you have a big account, why you don't do that on 3k or 5 k account, yes... margin call if you keep adding or play with 0.01 lots, the money that you loose in trading you get it back from the mentorship. Congrats🎉🎉🎉🎉
