Trading is risky, and most people lose money.

FTC/CFTC Risk Disclaimer - Please read this so you're 100% aware of the extreme risks associated with any type of trading and investing.
I’ve said for years and years and years - trading is extremely risky, and most people will lose all the money they try to trade with - even the people who follow the information I provide. Trading is a skillset that is difficult to learn, and I make it look easy because I’ve been trading for 7+ years. As with any high performing skillset in life, trading is NOT easy.
Your likelihood of consistently making money trading is abysmally low, whether you learn on your own or whether you follow the things that myself or others teach.
It’s like becoming a doctor, many people start pre-med and medical school, but only a tiny fraction of them succeed and actually become doctors. The average success rate of trading is even worse that that! Becoming a doctor is obviously not for everyone, and becoming a trader is obviously not for everyone, too.
I (and my company, MissionFX, LLC) make NO guarantees/promises/express direct or indirect representation that you’ll achieve any specific result trading, regardless of whether you’re following my free or paid content.
I’m just some random guy on the internet who is sharing what’s worked for me - I have no clue what will work for you because there are a million contributing factors that will determine whether or not you will make money trading.
Do NOT take into account any information that I share anywhere on the internet as the basis for your trading decisions. I’m not responsible for your success, nor am I responsible for your failures.
Read the full risk disclaimer on my website below, so that you’re 100% aware of the risks associated with trading - then you can make an informed decision as to whether or not you want to continue following any of the information I share (or continue to pursue trading in general).

In basically every other KZbinr's FX video they all state you MUST have a system with hard/fast rules so you can repeat it and NEVER break the rules! (no intuition allowed!) The caveat is that they all also state that the system does not work indefinitely for a multitude of reasons at which point you have to re-engineer a new system possibly for each pair. Your non-system strategy appears to have been working consistently for 6 or more years now with slight adjustments along the way. Sticking with a few basic fundamental guidelines appears to be a much better and more consistent approach that allows for personal freedom to think and act on the go. I have been paper trading for 6+ months now and I believe I am approaching pretty decent profitability using these simple fundamental general guidelines. Thank you Nick. When I'm ready to work with my hard earned money I will be joining up with you and your courses. Keep it real that's the only we'd have it. Happy new year sir.

Your trading methodology is on point, but I have to ask, your intuition, your know how and how you arrived to this awesomely simple "strategy"... would you say, technical analysis, chart and candle patterns, waigu smart money concepts, ict... helped hone your intuition? Like, is it something we would all have to go through or learn to know or feel when to add to trades or stop before too much draw down. I started trading about a year ago, your content has been the bomb and I will be joining your close friends once I make the money trading. I first found you on the Trading Nut podcast, and you had a shift from your first appearance vs your following interviews which brings up my question. and hey, Thank you for sharing all this stuff!

Thanks to finally trying your simple approach to trading, my account is finally sprung back from the dead, and catching up to where the balance first was a month ago. The drawdown wasn't terrible, but you could see on my Excel progress graph that I was overwhelmed by all the strategies and noise on KZbin. I should have just kept things stupidly simple and controlled risk and managed my trades properly. Cutting losing trades short, and adding to winners. That I wasn't doing at all, lol. Thanks Nick. I'm laughing at myself now for how simple trading can actually be. My confidence has skyrocketed, and when I lose, I lose small, but my winners are now on average bigger than my losses. Even after I lost a few trades in a row, I still made money on one trade.

@@nelliemillan4627 bro just start paper trading. Be profitable for a month or two and then jump into your real account. I was trading with small account in the beginning and gradually increased my starting capital as soon as my risk management was profitable. Also my risk structure is somehow a martingale approach but simpler. When I lose a trade I cut it early and then the next one I open is double my risk. Guys it's the most hilarious thing I have a 3 in the row losing streak and then a single winner makes more profit than all 3 losing trades 🤣

Wow, just mind blowing. I’m fairly new to trading only having a grand total of 5 months. Learning and trading, but December was a turning point for me. I couldn’t comprehend why everyone talks about strategies because for myself it didn’t matter if I traded SMC or S&R I would be the reason why I blew my account. My mental control would cause me to over leverage or FOMO or revenge trade. I was a sore loser, but after watching your videos I’m realizing I need to chill, I realized strategies didn’t matter this month and sticking to S&R for simplicity would be easier, than adding in your mindset, that to me is the most valuable thing is the mindset behind this. it wouldn’t matter what strategy you use, the mindset is what I needed to hear. Thank you sir because you have just helped me tremendously, now it’s up to me to implement it.

My problem with adding to a winning trade is mostly that, if back and front stops are kept fixed, the new volume is like a new trade with worst risk X reward ratio. So even if once the price reaches that new entry point the probability of going to the gain is now higher then going for loss, that extra is diminished by a problematic inferior RxR. At the end of the day, it could have been equal (and simpler) or even more profitable to just start the trade with a heavier hand.

I like hearing this because I am pretty good at predicting but I don't have a real strategy. I've only been practicing a few months, but I'm getting pretty good at it. Yesterday, I closed a trade even though it was only halfway to my TP and I felt bad about it, but my gut said to, and a minute after it took a sharp reversal for the rest of the day. Not sure how I knew that was going to happen, but my gut did. This happens so often. It's nice to have confirmation that this way is ok.

@@gappuma7883 I thought I was breaking my discipline by closing early and was just being fearful but realized my intuition was spot on. It was nice to close in profit instead of breaking even or loss. It's like dancing to a song that I've never heard before, but kinda knowing what's going to happen next and flowing with the groove.

I genuinely feel like you are the one KZbinr who has best set up my mind to be a profitable trader. I don't know when I'll be profitable. Before the end of 2024 sometime, I'm sure, but the way you say things really speaks to me. I have a lot of respect for your blunt truth. So thank you!

As i started trading, I realized your "strategy" can only be so mechanical, no matter how ok, good, kinda good, perfect your setup looks. You have to make the decision at the end of the day the market is forever changing, and your setup is going to always look different in someway.

I think you could do what you're doing with a bit more of an edge by using a Time and Sales window. At least you could see what's going on at those trade areas. If yr. going long from the base and Time and Sales is showing big slippage and huge sells..would you make the same trade? Just a thought. You might get a little more than 50%.

I use your support/resistance strategy, trading breakouts and when I'm short looking for supply and demand gaps on 1-5 min chats. at 1:500 seems to work on almost every trade.

Hey Nick, though I may have a slight disagreement, I am in agreement with you 99.8%. Been trading for 4 years, brother, and I can certainly tell you that adopting your mindset about the market really does relieve one of a lot of stress. What really helps me is money management and just being patient. I don't even worry about looking at the charts and I can live my life. Keep up the good work, brother.

But... where does the pulback end? or when do you considere it invalid? once it goes below or above the previous move? What happens to me is I move out of the trade and it shots into what was my original ideia and i loose it.

Try using Heikin Ashi candles. You'll clearly see when you should enter or get out of a trade gone wrong. Also use different time frames, because you could enter a bit too late by only using the higher time frame.
