I have a theory that the DAU Shaggy is constantly lying about the amount of power he has. Like if he was only using 2% of his power why didn't disappear when El hermono. When he disappeared he didn't die but was close. He trained until he reached the power of budget increase. When Shaggy returned to get revenge on cell. He claim he was using his max power. That was also untrue, I believe that he was using at most 50% of his power. But after that he got easily got wrecked by Shallot, Knuckles fusion and Miss Piggy. Know the Master ultra instinct Shaggy(which is a state of mind not a transformation) is now using of his 100% to ensure he doesn't fall to El hermono again. Then why Shaggy seems use his power so effortlessly? It's because it takes a lot of effort to make it look like he's not trying. So to some up my theory, DAU Shaggy maybe powerful but is more so a liar.
