For years, the members of The Leahy Family have played, danced and shared their music throughout the world, gaining recognition for their musicality, talent and performance. In a new grouping, The Leahys (Denise, Erin, Frank, Julie, Maria & Siobheann) are exploring further their love of singing and song-writing, while at the same time involving family members of the next generation. Xavier (Frank's son) captivated the audience with this lively Quebec folk song. The tempo change at the 2min 25sec mark will have you wanting to get up and dance. Amazing talent at such a young age! Performance took place at the Fergus Grand Theatre on October 17, 2014 as part of their Ontario Fall "In Song" Tour. New CD to be released in 2015.
