You forgot that the datamine was updated like two weeks ago where the prefix leak became outdated and Maple Treeway would be in this wave in place of Waluigi Stadium, so the datamines are still actuate you just haven’t been keeping up with the leaks. Also the tracks in the pic he showed are half based on the tag and music leaks and half speculation. The music leak hints at Maple Treeway being the Wii track of Wave 4, but it was swap with Waluigi Stadium (Mayro had the theory that even leaked and confirmed track can get swap). I am aware of DK Summit being leaked as one of the Wii tracks, but there is no evidence of it being the Wii track for Wave 4, but Maple Treeway because of the music leak. Same thing with the GBA track. The music from the leak was for Sunset Wilds, so I don't know where the idea of Lakeside Park being part of Wave 4 instead of Sunset Wilds comes from. I'm so confused rn.

yeah, leaks have mentioned recently that the order of the tracks got shifted a bit. i wouldn't pay as much attention to the prefix leak as to where the tracks will be placed, and the tracks without labels could still be other retro tracks, however i think there is still some merit to the prefix leak and music leak, i mean, literally all but 1 of the tracks in wave 3 were leaked for wave 3 when wave 2 launched. i still don't think those leaks are entirely fake, though, and waluigi stadium is probably still coming in a later wave.

Just some things: 1. The updated wave 3 list was leaked recently beforehand, so it wasn't fake. 2. the leak image you are using (with the blue circles) isn't the one others are using. the tracks with blue circles aren't even confirmed to be in the pass at all and are only predictions. 3. the audio datamine (while not completely accurate for placements) is still 100% credible. The prefetches for berlin byways and 3ds rainbow road are identical to the final product we saw

Seems like this video is more of an L, because it neglects the fact that this was all updated a few weeks ago. It was stated that GCN Waluigi Stadium got booted and Wii Maple Treeway took its spot. The leak was dead on, but the placement of the courses switched around a bit. Originally, Wave 3 was supposed to be: Rock Cup: Tour London Loop DS Peach Gardens GBA Boo Lake 3DS Rock Rock Mountain Moon Cup: Tour Berlin Byways GCN Waluigi Stadium Merry Mountain 3DS Rainbow Road DS Peach Gardens got moved to the Moon Cup to take Waluigi Stadium's place, and the Rock Cup added Wii Maple Treeway, and they also shifted the order a bit. I imagine when Wave 3 releases, we'll get an inevitable datamine with even more leaks… and I imagine they will be updated to reflect the last minute shift in Wave 3.

Datamine hasn't leaked anything so far, but it DOES confirm that Maple Treeway indeed swapped with Waluigi Stadium, as data for Cnsw_36 is nowhere to be found, and we got data for Cnsw_62 instead. Cnsw_36's prefetch was Waluigi Stadium while Cnsw_62's was Maple Treeway, so this is literal proof that the leaks were real after all and that they swapped Waluigi Stadium with Maple Treeway _last minute._ There was also an ad that also erroneously listed the original placements of the courses (with Maple Treeway instead of Waluigi Stadium of course), making it more evident that Waluigi Stadium got swapped last minute - Peach Gardens was listed in the Rock Cup like in the leak while it's actually in the Moon Cup in the final version of Wave 3, Boo Lake and Rock Rock Mountain likewise are placed as the 3rd and 4th course when they're the 2nd and 3rd courses now, and Maple Treeway was listed in the Moon Cup instead of the Rock Cup.

First off, the "leak" that you are using is just predictions going based off of the leaks. And, recently leakers discovered that Maple Treeway was actually in wave 3, and the other tracks were moved a bit. Nintendo did this because they didn't want the music leak to be 100% correct. first off, DK Summit WAS in the banner, but Delfino Square was not. Delfino Square isnt even datamined for tour, which it WILL be when planned since of its heavily-unique drawbridge asset, so Delfino Square isnt as likely as most people think it is second of all, are you just going to ignore how wave 2 followed the leak PERFECTLY? nintendo swapping Waluigi Stadium with Maple Treeway mightve been a way to switch it up, but I believe it was just because Waluigi Stadium was unfinished. the track itself isnt even done for MKT yet, and due to all of the unique stage hazards and halfpipes, I believe it was pushed back due to time constraints. thirdly, 1 single track movement does not mean they lose "all credibility". this just means that it is a possibility future waves will maybe get 1 or 2 tracks moved at the most. stop trying to push the boundries of the leak to get your favorite tracks in-game. fourthly, the image for the "datamine" you are using is just fake, idk what to tell you. Daisy Cruiser and Wario Colosseum were not datamined in the slightest, DDJ and VL are running off of the coconut mall banners, Lakeside Park is not even datamined for Tour or 8D, Wii Rainbow Road was only possibly datamined for MKT, and Koopa Cape was only in the banner leak. the fact is, the last video you made about this you used the same image, then the person who made the image stated that it had incorrect facts on it, and you REPLIED TO THAT COMMENT. you are still using this image to gain clout, you actively know this "datamined tracks" image is incorrect Fifth, the audio leak is still valid. not only do all the tracks with datamined songs appear in the BCP to some rate, but Berlin Byways, London Loop, and 3DS Rainbow Road sound near-identicle. 1. You're STILL using a fanmade prediction based on the datamines (which didn't include DK Summit, Delfino Square, etc. 2. The leaks WERE accurate, as a couple weeks prior, dataminers discovered that Waluigi Stadium got swapped out with Maple Treeway and that some courses got reordered a bit. This is evidenced even further by the datamines if the Wave 3 update released yesterday. 3. Even then, 7/8 courses were correctly predicted by the prefetch datamine, and the eighth one was ALSO in the prefetch datamine. All courses in the prefetch datamine come from the game itself, so Waluigi Stadium, Amsterdam Drift, Singapore Speedway, Los Angeles Laps, Sunset Wilds, Bangkok Rush, and Vancouver Velocity are all STILL coming regardless.

Cnsw_36 was supposed to be Waluigi Stadium, but that was skipped now cuz of Maple Treeway. They didn't change any of the internal names, so obviously it wasn't fake. All datamines are real, they come from INSIDE a games files. Leaks are different, usually it’s a person claiming that they know about the contents of a product, sometimes they are true, sometimes they aren’t. The Booster Course Pass DATAMINE was real, but things can always change, the datamines just showed us a look into the tracks that Nintendo has had plans for. Wether those plans be ones that actually come to be or not, we will not know until it’s OFFICIALY reavealed. Also I’m pretty sure you’ve been looking at the wrong thing buddy, in some of your past videos you were looking at a picture of someone’s prediction that had the datamined tracks along with their predictions in it.

I think Nintendo already had the courses chosen BEFORE the Booster Cour Pass was announced back in February. When they come isn't the biggest issue to me. There are still courses fans want to see regardless. The question is which of the two tour city tracks will be in wave 4? Amsterdam? Bangkok? LA? Singapore? Maybe some new city courses? Nintendo changing when a course arrives, doesn't mean they will toss one out. The plans were already set. This is not a scene like in Smash where the DLC is still being decided. Courses I think may be coming to wave 4 are DK Mountain and Riverside Park since both were added to tour lately. The one thing I do know there won't be an all rainbow road up with the spiny (last) cup. Tour tracks will be added there too.

Nice strawman. If a leaker says the prefix leak was 100% correct, and one prefix is wrong, that doesn't mean the prefix leak was not credible. You mentioned in the video that it's very likely that Nintendo just changed the order of some tracks (there was also a leak/rumor going around about a month ago that Maple Treeway was going to replace Waluigi Stadium, anyways) But this doesn't mean the leak is "fake". Outdated? Maybe a little. But it's still very clear that the leak is accurate, ± Nintendo wants to change some things. Some people also suspected that the prefix leak could've been a little subject to change because of the mass amount of empty spots at the end that look like placeholders rather than 5(?) new nitro tracks (only Yoshi's Island and Bathroom have been datamined/rumored). Some people even think that Sky-High Sundae was supposed to come way later but was moved up to build hype. You're right that we should expect to see some different tracks than what we would expect, but its still very reasonable to assume they'd mostly match the prefix leak, and especially match the music leak.

Tbh unless shroom ridge and snow land never come to tour, I don’t think any of the courses were specifically designed soley for the booster course pass. It’s like saying Sky High Sundae is a MK8DX Track even know it’s been datamined for tour for like a year or something. So if anything I’d like to consider Boo Lake as that course niche since it’s the oldest retro in the wave that hasn’t come back.

I still agree with you though beca there is a theme with these first 3 waves. 2 city tracks, 1 track from tour that is not a city track, 1 track that is retro that is not from tour and the rest are retros that are from tour so waluigi stadium could not be in If peach gardens was already confirmed because they are both not in tour so that could debunk the rest of the guess. Edit: I just checked over the tracks and wave 4 make sense to that theme but wave 5 and 6 do not. Wave 5 has 2 non city tracks which through it out of wack and and wave 6 has tracks that are not 2 to 3 tracks that are not in tour but is still possible to change like riverside park in wave 4 but again we will have to see mainly for wave 5.
