The Least Used Gear In Dark and Darker | Cobalt Lycan

Armor Pen is Incredibly Underused in Dark and Darker. Cobalt Gear and The Morning Star helps us work our way towards a very High Pen Slayer Build. Solo Slayer Fighter is still a blast.

You need quests unlocked for armorer or tailor/leather Smith. Complete all three quests and it will unlock cobalt crafting.

Yea, I was rushing to the in game dummy's to check dmg and he was there. I hadn't tested chasing much with this setup / sprint changes and thought it could be a good lesson.

So does Sword Mastery affect the Morning Star's damage? And do other perks like Dagger Mastery work the same way, affecting a different type of weapon that is on hand?

Okay coming back because this build ran with a stiletto, fine cur, heavy gauntlets, and the mastery that makes you move faster instead of the slayer perk has been CLAPPING for me with these lycan buffs. Highly recommend it with second wind and survival bow

@@K.G8 I really have no idea what sort of dmg he can do, it was a learning experience. It may be a bit strong but I'm familiar with being one shot by barbs with any 2h weapon.

There are already things in the game that "one shot" and have been for a long while. They're probably going to tweak the druid to some extent, but saying bear form is broken because it can one shot doesn't mean anything since you can get buttblasted in one swipe by a two handed weapon, for example.
