Hi there. Thank you so much for the great content. I've been wanted to ask you: Would you consider showing how to do a center-seam sheath for an asymmetrical knife (e.g., one with a clipped point), molded to the blade. I've been trying to imitate the sheaths of 19th-century Sheffield Bowies and I'm really struggling to form the point.

The best way to take a PDF pattern tranfer to acrylic sheeting.

It depends on the material and the thickness. I would assume a laser could be used and you should be able to import a digital pdf pattern to cut it. If cutting it by hand, print out the pattern, cut out pieces and trace onto acrylic template then cut it out.
