This is a prime example as to why we should not tear our brothers & sisters down who begin to stumble in their walk. Being a follower of Christ is not easy.. & everyone’s walk will not look the same. Love covers a multitude of sins, & we’re called to love & uplift one another with our words & in our prayers. I love hearing the vulnerability coming from Lecrae. Lord forgive me for any negative word I’ve allowed out my mouth regarding him. May we all extend that same grace, mercy & forgiveness that God does to us. Amen.

God bless you both, your families and future. And George straight facts about testing with money - I'm in a season where God has been providing beyond my understanding but when I look back on the past 11 month that revenue hasn't been used for me but for the child of God around me. You wanna see God show up in your finances hand it him **willingly** on a platter. Can't wait for the PT 2. God bless ❤

This is one of my favorite episodes. I loved this conversation because George and Lecrae helped each other understand their own thoughts and reflections about how Jesus is working in their life. This is what scripture means by iron sharpens iron-When you’re in good community with other believers you lift each other up. God had given them words to say that were encouraging and life giving. They brought evil to the light and this is how we win the spiritual war. Giving God the glory for everything and using his armor to fight. I love seeing Him at work in both of you.

In 2010 when I was 14 years old. I met Jesus because of Lecrae’s music. I searched on KZbin Christian rap because I loved rap music. And some reason I was just interested I found his music and through the Rebel album I found I was wasting my life and wanted my life to mean more and give to Jesus. In my bedroom alone I received Jesus. Now I am a pastor. That doesn’t happen without Lecrae’s influence and impact on my life and journey. I thank God for him using Lecrae as a vessel in my own life. I hope some day to tell him that personally

This episode for me was an answer from God, for me. I woke up early and before my walk I saw this episode and thought I'd save it for later. I had a random talk with God (as im feeling separated) and asked him to join me. Near the end I asked him to show me what he means by Matthew 6:33 ... he literally answered with this. George I feel like you are a male version of myself and really just am encouraged to know that it’s the same Holy Spirit in me that’s in you. I don’t have many to sharpen me because I’m surrounded by the people y’all refer to. Which is seemingly the Christian walk. But to be able to find other true Holy Spirit driven believers who are intouch with Him to not hold back who seek accountability and aren’t afraid to hold others IS the REATH OF FRESH AIR BECAUSE THAT IS THE HOLY SPIRIT moving. Your life is such a testimony of what Christ can do and how fast He will do it. I said before and still say I stay in awe at the wisdom of Godliness in you and your WiFE. Stay sensitive to Him and His presence, always staying humble and willing to self reflect while reflecting out❤

George, I think Lecrae is a man who matches your energy well. Incredible chemistry, what would it look like if you sat with what he’s saying and allow it to go deeper with silence or asking him a question with a few words and allowing God to work through you both. Sometimes our eagerness to teach leads us to have a response too quickly that we struggle to allow God to penetrate deeper with what was just said. Being curious where a guest’s response is coming from is powerful. I say this as a person who jumps quick into wanting to teach as well lol but God has been moving in my life and allowing me to learn by not being so quick to teach, but humbling myself to also learn. I hope that makes sense. lol I appreciate your content and your ministry. ✝️
@chloesala86132 ай бұрын
Hello brother/sister in Christ! Wow. Your words just struck me to the core. The part where you said, "Sometimes our eagerness to teach leads us to have a response too quickly that we struggle to allow God to penetrate deeper with what was just said." Just profound. I volunteered to be a youth leader in our Christian church. Even though I was new to the faith, I wanted to share the gospel and win souls to Jesus. I was preaching that we must give all of the glory to Jesus when I realized that I was doing the exact opposite thing of what I wanted to preach. Unknowingly I wanted to teach so I can get the glory for myself. Praise the LORD! Thank you so much. Jesus spoke to me through you.

LOL... I LOVED seeing this side of Lecrae where his emphasis on negative situations or past experiences are light hearted and turned into fun story telling. Just shows how he knows how to let go and fit in to any situation and still be himself. Kudos to George, I know you got a lot of heat from your last interview with Johnny and people felt you came off too interruptive but from that I could tell how excited you were to sit down with him & how much you were learning from him. However, in this video I see so much growth from you, from the questions you asked to the way you interpreted things, keep it up =) All glory to God!

It's a bit of a cliche but Lecrae's music always keeps me connected to Christian music when all I want to listen to is secular bangers. Lecrae and this new season of getting interviewed and being on podcasts is so interesting for me because if I heard any of the things that he talked about when I was younger first listening to his music I would have definitely had a breakdown and call him a heretic or cut him down because I didn't understand, Bohemian talk about so many different topics during the time I was actually actively listening to him is really spiritually nurturing. George I just wanna say thank you and surprisingly i have to say and thank you to my algorithm. I see god or whom ever it or what entity is trying to bring me to the light. I believe im on the right path because i even question if i have selfish intentions when i am doing good for others. Which I know might seem wrong but my conscious (god) reminds me that is false and just the evil wanting me to not be well. As an in an out member of AA I recommend you to study the Serenity prayer. We would always switch it to the we version of the prayer and it eventually clicked on what it really meant. And its very similar in a sense to the prayer you spoke. God, grant us the Serenity: To accept the things we cannot change, courage to change the things we can, and wisdom to know the difference Surrender to the truth and accept it and let him show us the way.
