What a coincidence! I have taught English in Valtice in the summer for years (except since Covid). When I started, we stayed and taught in the castle. Now it runs at the Valtice Wine School. I have visited the salon many times and I have really been reminiscent of my time there. I was wanting to make the traditional goulash dish and that's how I found your channel and then this video. I remember that castle tour with the slippers and the very stern tour guide. We also went to the Lednice castle. The grounds and paths were quite immaculate! Keep up the good work on your channel!
