Throughout the history of the pokemon tcg, many powerful cards have been created of many different pokemon. Though some select few pokemon are repeat offenders, having more broken cards than some pokemon have cards at all. Today we take a look into the TCG legacy of one of these pokemon, Garchomp
Music
AI Sada & Turo - Scarlet & Violet
Vs Zinnia - Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire
Battle Sim - XD Gale of Darkness
Vs Gladion - Masters EX
Vs Giratina - Brilliant Diamond & Shinning Pearl

It is mind-blowing that you only have 50 subscribers and this is your second KZbin video. This is genuinely so well made. Your editing is very clean and concise, your microphone quality is very good, your delivery sounds very natural and well practiced, and the video is genuinely well made and very informational while still being enjoyable. There are definitely bright things in your future, I'm so glad that KZbin recommended me this video out of nowhere, you definitely earned a new subscriber and I'm very excited to see what comes next and how your channel grows

Fluffy Chomp was my only foray into the PTCG after the original base series way back when. Despite being a stage-2 it gave me nostalgia feels for the style of gameplay old haymaker decks had, a pretty funny coincidence.

This took me back! I only actively played the TCG in any competitive sense in DPPt era and I was an Infernape+Luxray player who was so stoked to move to LuxChomp as Chomp was my favorite guy. I didn't play on into HGSS so that era standa out in my mind to me

Really love this and the format it feels like FSG but with the TCG. The only issue I've had is that I'm not a fan of how there's long prolonged stretches of black screens. Still great regardless

something worth noting is that in the legacy format, fluffychomp also got access to silver bangle which fixed its math against ex pokemon (dragonblade + 2 altaria + bangle = 170). undaunted smeargle, tropical beach draw, and junk arm/ultra ball hand thinning made the deck more consistent than most would give it credit for, it was a solid tier 1-2 threat and far better than it was as a rogue deck in 2013

Never forgetti, fluffychomp. One thing they can (but wont) do for expanded is to make your turn "one" GX or Vstar attack, not *both* or better yet "one" of either in a game.

I'm glad this came up in my feed. It was a very nostalgic trip for me watching the BW-SM era portion. I really would like to see more of these, especially since in some pokemon's case, they are bad in the video game but busted in the tcg and vise versa. Also my requests for an episode is Rayquaza and Scizor. Got a collection of both.

What I find interesting about the first Diamond and Pearl Garchomp cards and the Lv X card is, that it looks like specifically designed as a counter deck, knowing which types your enemy will use so you use a self sustaining build to counter act that, which is very niche... in any modern video game iteration of the TCG like the Game Boy one I could have imagined this some niche use in boss battles... atleast my perspective on it. Sadly generally speaking the power depends too much on luck of your enemies built otherwise....
