Lewis Borg leads Unilever's privacy program in the US. He is the lead privacy lawyer for Unilever's beauty & wellbeing business globally and advises on the company’s latest beauty tech developments. He authored Unilever's global guidance on the use of Gen AI and worked on the creation of Unilever's AI assurance and governance process. Before joining Unilever, Lewis worked at the BBC and in private practice in the UK.
Andrew Graap is an attorney with over a decade of experience, specializing in technology, privacy, and data protection laws across the U.S. and internationally, including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA. He advises businesses on compliance with these regulations, assists in developing policies and processes, enables cross-border data transfers, and designs compliant marketing programs. Andrew holds CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and CIPT certifications and was recognized as an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy in 2016. A career highlight includes successfully prosecuting an application for Binding Corporate Rules with German data authorities.
