Mhj worked so hard at getting bunnies and the public to believe she was not just the CEO, but an actual part of the Njs group. It was a lot of subliminal influencing, for example, the outfit she wore to the first press conference (striped top and blue cap), the outfit was a clear copy of Minjis promotional outfit released the day after kzbin.info_UPjAQSYF44 . Then Mhj showed her gift of a cartoon version of herself from an artist who did cartoon merch for the girls. Then Minji wore a t-shirt with Mhjs face splattered all over it publicized on Christmas Day. . Mhj was also giving autographs to Njs fans who were flocking to her at around the time she got her face on a special group cartoon t-shirt. Young, easily influenced people will be subliminally encouraged to believe that Mhj IS part of Njs and if Mhjs is upset about Illit and LE SSERAFIM and accusing them of bad things, then their first instinct is to attack Njs enemies.

Trying to insist the hair styling means they’re copying New Jeans is the allegation that gets me the most, like??? You have underage members??? A vast majority of Korean schools don’t let you have dyed hair? Plus I feel like a majority of K-Pop groups debut with most members having natural coloured hair, it’s like an industry standard while they’re being introduce, bigger groups may have more variety, but they don’t tend to go crazy from the beginning, maybe one persons blonde or a lighter brown? But it’s usually pretty chill.

Both are on their way up. BTS faced the same unnecessary struggle because of people like her. Or maybe that was also her. Given that she was with SM and was behind EXO at the time, and BTS was starting to take over the top 3rd gen BG from EXO. Seeing ILLIT and LS might have triggered her to repeat her old tricks. Anyway. Look at where BTS is now. All you can do is support them.

I think one of Min Seong il's main goal is to take down Hybe. NuJinx was getting popular and potentially could outperform other gg's at all the other labels. The Big3 would not survive having Hybe have the most successful boy group AND gg. So now even if she doesn't succeed in stealing that gg, she managed to damage it enough so that the gg can't/won't outperform the others. And she's given Hybe enough bad PR that other gg's under the Hybe umbrella have to work that much harder to overcome it. We know it can be done because we saw BTS overcome the same thing.

If I were a njs member, I would have taken the time to study the culture of being a celebrity in South Korea. From this m8j saga, I have realised that the reason why BT$ members did not choose to cause any air-rising issues is because they were all born and raised in South Korea. They understand the importance of the collectivistic culture(I know that it has both advantages & disadvantages) however, it enables them to look at the world from an outside perspective. For example, I believe BT$ have wanted to go separate ways at various points of their career - however, they also must have pondered on how it would reflect on them from the point of view of the people who have been there for them since they were put together and these people include the inside producers, stylists, choreographers etc how most of all fellow members. Of course, at this point in their career, it is fine to go separate ways because they have fulfilled the requirements of their contracts. N5gs has two artists that have lived outside of SK and they think that they can assert their rights freely more so because they have a certain kind of celebrity status. Almost similar to when you see football fans who think that being English or American entitles them to all the rights when they visit other countries. Hanni says she was bullied without evidence, even if there was evidence: "ignore her" doesn't equate to bullying. However, there is camera evidence of JK being hit by people by their work crew and Tae, (when they were young - probably before turning 15/17) too there is a clip of an employee pushing or saying stuff to him(these staff left I believe). Those boys would have chosen to leave however, they stayed. Jungkook said that he used to cry so much and Tae would ask his dad if he could leave yet those guys have never come out to disparage the company that they have seen reach high heights. M wanted to have the same standings in the corporate world of Kpop, however, she took the wrong stance. She should have just resigned and started her company even with one employee and maybe the girls would have joined her after their contract expired. Regardless of the outcome of all the court cases, she will never be seen as an honest person. Bg left JYPe without causing them any harm: this is why I say I would have taken time out to learn about being a celebrity in SK, for M, she should have taken a leaf from Bg even if she hated him.

I'm glad that international fans of BTS and other groups rallied around to not give these MHJ lies any credence. I think it helped to turn the narrative faster than it might otherwise had been. There was such a difference between the first and second press conference with how deferential the press was at the first press conference (except the 2 foreign press if my memory serves me) and then how they challenged her a lot more at the second. MHJ did not fully understand that she was not dealing with just Korean "scandal culture" but with international k-pop fans who didn't buy any of her stories. And I think Hybe acted quickly when the whistleblower contact them and has been very strategic in their response. Now the courts just have to see the light.

I feel Hybe has acted appropriately. They have not publicly roasted NJ. They included NJ in their press release about protecting their artists and prosecuting online attacks. They ( Hybe & Ador) have continually asked NJ for meetings to discuss comebacks, music, albums etc. I just think of the thousands of talented girls who would give anything to be in NJ position, working under one of the best companies with top tier facilities and staff. People think the grass is always greener, but then you get to the other side and find a forest fire.💜

I Don’t understand why the Judge needed another court date! If Hybe’s most expensive / best law firm in Korea already gathered the evidence of how these 2 idol groups were materially damaged because of MHJ’s false allegations, then how much more evidence does the judge want?! Shouldn’t both sides have come fully prepared with their evidence? If they’re the 1st and 2nd best law firms, surely they came prepared with their evidence.🤷♀️

I was talking to a NJ fan and they were boasting at how the National Assembly were ALL on NJ's side because of stickers on a work computer and how they reckon that due to "lack of evidence" by BE:Lift and Source, NJ & MHJ are goig to win everyone to their side if not already. Plus, they feel that because the COO "didn't answer the questions" at the assembly, HYBE is gonna lose the court cases. It was an interesting but good conversation for the most of it. But then they started shading BTS fans and subtlety tried to use goading language. I figured there was no point after that to continue talking to them.

Like many have said in other places, if NJ truly are innocent, (and to me, if they're being held in blackmail by that woman), then sure, give them a chance at a future. But PROOF by them is needed that she's blackmailing them. But their behaviour and the way they're speaking and doing things doesn't bode well for them. I hope justice prevails, especially as it involves the other groups who literally did nothing but exist.

Still trying to guess why NJ said HYBE broke their contracts. Did their contracts say they'd debut first? Even if they did, it would be MHJ's fault that they fell behind schedule. Everything is how you put together bits and pieces that have gone before. What's in that special sauce? Why do hundreds of songs use the same chords? What gestures are universally used? The collage, if you will, has to match. If it doesn't, you don't own how other people us the parts you use. That judges would consider what the average person thinks makes for plagiarism is flat out insane. Do they not have case history or access to experts? Will the plaintiffs present experts on what makes an "artwork" original? I understand Korean morals and law are little fragile in the face of the opInion of the loudest group. But as the country develops, they will have to stop using a hierarchy system for every thing they can think of and in every place they can think of. It's such a young country with such intense, passionate people. I really want them to truly do better, but it's going to take years. Hopefully this will be a landmark case in the limits of claims that anything and everything is worthy of serious consideration when defending an opinion.

Abusive people divide others into a "good" and "bad" category but in the end, everybody but them is disposable. If someone has a boss, who bullies an employee bec. of their physical appearance or something else, the 1st person shouldnt feel "safe" bec. they personally arent physically similar to the victim. The issue is never the victim's physical appearance, it's always the boss' rotten dehumanising mind. The boss need a scapegoat as a punching-ball and the goal posts can always be moved to include the people, who previously were safe. And I think, some maga-supporters are finding this out the hard way lmao.
