Master class from the legend Denis Cyplenkov himself! Khaled is still very sore with pain from his KOTT event and last MMA match which was 3 weeks ago. Obviously it would make a little difference anyway. But point is, training the basics is always the best. You can be complicated at working out but the basics should be your meat and potatoes / bread and butter. Never neglect them. Same approach Levan and many others do.
I remember MMT also advised Khaled to work on his side pressure. After Khaled's match VS Ryan Bowen fresh for fresh Khaled must train for his next opponent who is also a legend in the sport. Maybe the no training won't work on that legend even if he (Khaled) is fresh.
Next video will be Denis and me armwrestling while him giving me tips. Denis loved the gym and will be back God willing. Again, thanks to Babken for arranging it and thanks for Denis for his tips.
