I remember watching the battle live. Although I'm an Estonian i was sort of disappointed when Tänak took the lead at 2023 Rally Sweden. Craig was in the zone and the joy in his eyes in every interview that rally was so pure. It was so refreshing to see that after rough couple of seasons. And in an unfamiliar car too, my mind was 🤯. It was devastating to hear about the accident. RIP Craig Breen❤😢

I have been through the mill this week. Burying an uncle, spitting up with the love of my life, dealing with parents who are both 90+. Maybe it's a culmination of grief and hurt, but I honestly think that Craig was the epitome of Irish rallying and Irish stoicism as a whole. I was drawn to tears watching this, so I thank you DirtFish for making the time and space to remember a proper, decent, real, honest, paddy legend! ❤

Amazing tribute, just beautiful. Craig was an amazing driver and clearly a great person. Greatly missed. And this was one off, if not his very best drive. I'm sure the name Brattby will remain a part of the rallying folklore for many, many years. As a side note, I just found out one of the typical blue IKEA bags is also called Brattby! I can imagine Craig putting it on his head and pronouncing himself the King of Brattby :D
