Someone told me that the reason for this is bcs there's no enough space,, at least 4GB ram and 4Gb free space on internal memory. If there's enough space in memory, try closing other apps to clear out your ram. Then, go to settings, app, neverland, storage then clear cache. Make sure to watch for the ram storage bcs it increases suddenly so you just clear out cache of apps that were used in the background and turn off background data for other apps. this method actually worked for me and now I'm playing with no problem.

Nah Genshin is an RPG, the legend of neverland is an MMORPG. The characters you get from gacha is the character you will use as your character, while in the legend of neverland the characters you get from the gacha is only your assistant in the battle while your character remains as your main character.
