There's more to why Jedi hesitated to join the Mandalorian Wars, actually. They felt that there was something behind them, some force that drove them. And they were right about that. But they still should have helped the Republican army to face the direct threat, not only look for the hidden one.

It‘s interesting that Kreia sort of justify the fall of Darth Revan. After all she was his Master and later becomes a Sith Lord herself. It‘s clearly not an objektiv opinion 😄😄😄😄 about the Jedi.
